Hosting and webmail connectivity issue

Resolved - This incident has been resolved.

Identified - We are aware of a network connectivity problem affecting web hosting customers on the cphost6 server, as well as IgLou's Webmail and website. Errors may also include failure to retrieve or send email. The issue has been identified as a routing problem in Miami affecting one of the data centers that IgLou uses to host these services. While engineers are aware of the problem, they do not yet have an ETA for resolution.

This outage does not affect home or business Internet service, nor does it affect IgLou Colocation customers.
