We are needing to perform an emergency fail-over one of our core routers to a redundant chassis. The card failure from last week has repeated itself, and we suspect a chassis back-plane failure. We are expecting downtime to last no more than 15 minutes, but will be taking every effort to keep downtime to a minimum. This downtime will not affect home or business Internet service connectivity.
