IgLou's upstream circuit providers will be performing maintenance on the morning of Thursday October 20th, with a maintenance time window of 12am-6am EDT. Downtime is expected to be 15 minutes or less. This maintenance is a follow up to the maintenance from October 5th that was not able to be successfully completed.
Colocation and website hosting connectivity will be affected during this maintenance. Residential and business Internet service customers will not be affected.
Our upstream circuits traverse separate fiber networks. However, due to network consolidations in the US Internet backbone market including Level3, Centurylink and Lumen, this maintenance is affecting multiple circuits despite last mile fiber diversity.
