Service has been restored though we have not yet received information as to the cause of the extended downtime during the maintenance period. We will continue to try and reach out to Centurylink for more information. From our vantage point it appeared to be a BGP routing issue at Centurylink, perhaps an artifact of the work being done.

CenturyLink has informed us of emergency maintenance affecting one of IgLou's upstream circuits occurring early this Thursday morning, 4/29/2021, between 12am and 6am EDT. The maintenance involves hardware replacements within their network.
Colocation and website hosting may experience a brief disruption in connectivity to certain destinations during fail-over to redundant circuits. Home & business Internet access customers will not be affected by this maintenance. Downtime is expected to be less than 5 minutes.
